This Privacy Policy explains what information Fight Artist ("we", "us") collects when you visit fightartist.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you contact us. If you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, the reason you selected, your message, and your IP address. We use the IP address only to prevent spam.
When you email us. If you email contact@fightartist.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when any page is visited, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the website running.
We do not ask for or collect payment details, government ID numbers or any other sensitive personal information.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not use advertising trackers.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are read most and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location (city level), and your device and browser type. This information is reported to us as statistics and is not used to identify you. Google processes it under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Embedded content from other websites
Some posts include videos and posts embedded from YouTube, Instagram and X (Twitter). When you view that content, it loads from those services, which may collect information about you and set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode where possible.
Our website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to:
- read and reply to your message
- handle enquiries such as fighter features, collaborations, promoter requests and advertising
- protect the website from spam and misuse
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up conversation. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Who can see it
Only the Fight Artist team can read contact messages. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which stores this data on our behalf. We may share information if the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct wrong information
- delete your information
Email contact@fightartist.com with your request, and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Fight Artist is a general news and media website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
